What is NMPA cosmetics filing?
NMPA (National Medical Products Administration) filing is required for all cosmetics imported into China. General cosmetics require notification filing, while special-use cosmetics (sunscreen, hair dye, whitening) require registration approval.
What's the difference between notification and registration?
