SinoTrade Compliance provides automated compliance assessment tools, compliance reports, and expert consulting services for businesses importing products into China. Our services include: (a) GACC food registration compliance checks; (b) Chinese label compliance assessment; (c) CCC certification assessment; (d) NMPA cosmetics filing assessment; (e) cross-border e-commerce compliance assessment; and (f) trademark protection assessment.

All services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we strive for accuracy, our automated tools provide preliminary assessments only and do not constitute legal or regulatory advice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and promptly update any changes. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Payment Terms

Certain services require payment. Prices are clearly displayed before purchase. Payment is processed through our secure payment provider.

Reports are delivered digitally upon successful payment. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled.

Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, and functionality of this website, including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of SinoTrade Compliance and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
